Sara Lloyd Evans

Sara was born and raised on a farm in Dyffryn Nantlle. She received her primary and secondary education locally and she is now the Chair of the Board of Governors for Ysgol Dyffryn Nantlle. Sara attended University of Wales Aberystwyth and then proceeded to Chester College of Law.

Sara has over 17 years of specialist family law experience and she is able to advice on all aspects of family law. Sara is friendly and approachable and she ensures that each client receives a tailor made service to her clients. Her client base varies and Sara regularly advices high net worth clients.

Due to her background Sara has a personal interest in farming and agricultural matters in divorces and relationship breakdowns. Sara’s background ensures that she is able to see the bigger picture when dealing with agricultural divorces and relationship breakdowns.

Sara is regularly instructed on complex Children Act matters and she represents grandparents and foster carers in Special Guardianship matters.

Sara will work closely with Shaun, in offering wealth protection, including pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and disputes between unmarried partners.

Sara’s practice has extended to contested probate and to Inheritance ( Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims.

Sara has a keen interest in safeguarding and has experience of advising individuals and agencies on safeguarding matters. Sara has experience of dealing with disputes between attorneys and has experience of disputed Court of Protection cases.

Sara qualified as a Civil Mediator in February 2021 and she is always keen to explore alternative methods of resolving disputes for individuals.

Outside of her work, Sara is kept busy on the family farm tending to the horses and animals. Doti, the cocker spaniel keeps the family busy! Sara enjoys living in Snowdonia and loves to walk the mountains and to spend time on the paddle board on the various local lakes.
